When “Unattended” Isn’t Enough

This event was originally planned as an unattended booth.

Once the kids started using it, one thing became clear. They couldn’t easily see themselves, and that small friction changes everything.

So we adjusted.

We stepped in, ran the booth, and guided the kids through it. The difference was immediate. Better participation, smoother flow, and a lot more excitement around the experience.

An attended booth is usually an added cost, but in this case, it was simply the right move.

A Setup That Actually Fits the Crowd

This event also marked the debut of a new compact setup built for flexibility.

The key difference is height.

The booth can be lowered for younger kids so they can see themselves clearly, then adjusted right back up for adults. No awkward angles, no guesswork.

It also takes up less space, which makes it easier to place in tighter rooms without disrupting the event layout.

Simple adjustments, but they change how the experience feels.


Real-World Training That Matters

We also used this event to train a new attendant.

There is no substitute for a live event, especially with kids. It teaches timing, awareness, and how to keep things moving without overcomplicating it.

The result was a smooth experience for guests and a strong introduction for a new team member.
